Monica has dreamed her entire life of learning to sew and running her own tailoring business. She's found her calling and is ready to meet a real need in her community.

But without your help, Monica's dream stays stuck in "someday."

We've launched a $60,000 end-of-year campaign to position Empowering Ugandans for our strongest year yet. Here's the exciting news: we've already raised $14,000 toward this goal.

But we need to raise the remaining $46,000 by December 31st to fund two critical initiatives.

Initiative #1: Empowering Entrepreneurs Like Monica

Monica wants to attend the 10-week sewing class offered in Gulu and learn this valuable marketable skill. Your support makes this class free for Monica and other determined women just like her.

     With your help, Monica will: 

• Learn professional sewing techniques

• Receive all materials and supplies at no cost

• Get the daily meal that's often her only food

• Build the skills to start her own tailoring shop
  

Initiative #2: Reaching Dangerous Regions with the Gospel

Pastor Martin is a dedicated Church Planter who has already planted 56 churches in northern Uganda. This resilient leader risks his life traveling by foot and in old vehicles on unsafe roads to reach villages where over one million refugees from South Sudan have fled.

A rugged 4-wheel drive vehicle will enable safe passage for Martin and other church leaders to do strategic church planting in remote villages. |

The need is urgent - and so is the opportunity.

• $50 trains one student for two weeks

• $100 provides skills training for one month

• $500 Funds our instructors salaries for one month
